Default Hesitation in Acceleration

Guys Im having the hesitation problem that seems to be common in the high mileage Gs300's. Mushy pedal, occasional "LIMP MODE" and also jerky acceleration from stop lights. My car is not throwing any codes or check engine lights. I checked the ohms in both the TPS and the APP and both checked out within specs. Not exactly sure what to try next and don't want to just throw money at the car without an aim. Any ideas....

Anybody? Can someone at least tell me if they know how to test the ohms on the Control Motor for the throttle body. This is the only other part I can think of malfunctioning but its impossible to find any info. I know a ton of you have experience in this area.
