Default Cooling Issue and Trouble Starting

Finally fed up w/ some issues I cant get around. I asking for help because my deductive reasoning says multiple minds are better than one + search feature.

Any help is appreciated

First Problem/Initial:

Radiator fans decided not to work anymore and caused steam to rise from the overflow, and radiator cap. Both fans do not work (Including when A/C is on) Went with the cheapest solution to attempt to fix the problem. Replaced/Checked the following...

Replaced Radiator Cap
Checked Fan Fuses
Replaced Thermostat
Replaced Radiator Coolant Temp Sensor
Replaced Both Fan Motors(Both fans did not work at all)

Still no go at getting the fans to turn on as temp rises... What else am I missing?

Second Problem: Started After being parked for the above repairs...

At the same time the car starts to have trouble starting. I have spark, it just seems like the motor is not getting gas. Motor will EVENTUALLY turn over w/ 20/30 cycles on cranking and while pumping gas pedal.

I assumed fuel pump/filter. I just replaced the filter.... How does one go about checking fuel pump? Fuel Pressure?

Should I go ahead and replace the pump and assembly? Based on the last pic in this following thread https://www.clublexus.com/forums/5551155-post55.html

Any suggestions, comment, questions....Please let me know, just started med school and Im tired of working on this car.

When you replaced the radiator did you bleed the air out? When the engine is cold you need to take off the radiator cap and run the engine. Keep an eye on the water level and fill as needed. Even though you thought the radiator was full you will notice that the trapped air really didn't let you fill it up.

Yes, "burping" the radiator.
