Default can you crack open the key chip to repair buttons?

the lock and unlock buttons on my 98 gs400 quit work! tried 2 brand new batteries with no luck. does anyone know how to crack open the chip and reshape the buttons? PS my trunk button works

I know about the screw that holds the key fob and I also know there are 2 screw that cover the battery case! My question was can you get to the 3 buttons on the transponder itself without breaking the the shell into pieces. Am not that dump guys :-)
