Question bad ignition coil? car wont crank or start

1998 toyota aristo

im assuming the "primary ignition coil pack" is coil pack no.1 closest to the firewall? it's reading .01 ohms when it should be reading

Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between the
positive (+) and negative (−) terminals.
Primary coil resistance :
Cold 0.33 − 0.52 Ω

i've swapped out the fuel pump ecu and the igniter and it won't start let alone crank over at all. the battery has a 13.3v charge since i charged it over night. the car was driving then suddenly sputtered and died less than a mile from my house. it would crank over several times when i initially broke down, sputtered some more with an erradic low idle bouncing from 800-1.5k at most and now it wont crank or start period as if it's dead. unfortunately it doesn't have true obd2 so i cant use a code reader, but i did the diagnostic port jumper method to attempt to read codes and now it has 1 but it it's a vehicle speed sensor code but god only knows how long that was there before and no other codes at all.

my only thought is either the ignition coil pack(s) are bad or bad fuel pump but since the lexus pumps are incredibly quiet i cant hear mine at all to see if its priming or won't turn on.

btw i dont even hear the starter clicking. ill be getting outside under the car to hammer it a little once it warms up

double checked the starter, ignition, and ecu ign fuses and they are good as well. the ignition cynlinder is good as im getting 12v on ign so im getting power there too. only thing left im thinking is the fuel pump...going to take it out and wait for it to warm up then ohm it out

also going to give the starter a few gentle taps to see if its that and make sure its not stuck

Fuel pump or ign coil will still allow the engine to crank over. Is it possible that the engine is seized? Have you tried turning it over manually?
