Climate Control Light Issue.

Hey guys, I've search already and removed my climate control and swapped out all the bulbs but i noticed that my upper and lower buttons still don't light up. The center display lights up and the top and bottom buttons work but for some reason they just don't light up. Does anyone know what the issue may be?
