usually when the VSC and VSC OFF light come on the check engine light comes on as well... take it to an autozone ask them to check the what code it is, then u might have a rough idea of ur issue

Im having the same problem. Started a few days ago. my problem starts only when the car gets to warm running temperature. havent had the codes read yet but i am assuming it may be a o2 sensor. when i find out, i will let u guys know.

IMO the best bet is a bad O2 sensor in all of the above cases. Our cars have 4 of them so the chance of one being bad at any given time (given the age of our cars) is pretty good.

Did you ever bring it to Lexus and have them run diagnostics on wheel speed sensors? You could have a bad one of those.

I changed my timing belt and water pump it fixed the engine shaking problem but CEL and VSC off lights still came back up. BTW my belt lasted until 270KM...never changed it because my old mechanic told me it was a timing chain when I asked him to inspect it at 150KM.

That happen with my baby. I go to Auto Zone and the guy told me the codes. Was the Front Passenger Speed Sensor. I buy the original Speed Sensor and I install it myself, is very easy to do. Remove the tire on the front passenger side, you will see the sensor on the right side, Have 2 10mm screw and one plug. After I install it, I back to Auto Zone and the guy clear the code and the lights or problem solved. Good look.

I had te check engine and both vsc lights off got codes
P0400
P0455
P0136 o2 bank 1 sensor 2
So guessing it was o2 sensor but the lights went away on they're own and so far haven't come back guessing it's kinda on it's way out but not completely. Car would shake at idle and low speeds when the lights were on

I fixed my problem by changing the OCV.

No more VSC and CEL and shaky engine.
Also I got it for mad cheap at partsouq.com ( an OEM supplier from Dubai) only took a week to ship.

OCV + cup holder divider.
86$ shipped + 24 $ custom fee at the door.
