Default HELP on tire and wheel sizing

im looking to run a 245/45/18 on 9.5 dia wheel for my 2gen gs300. im currently lowered 2inches with stock wheels. is this going to cause rubbing?

Need to know offset , possibly tire brand, and I would step down to a 40 series tire.

+12? Go with 225/45/18 or 215/45/18 if you want to stick with 45series or you can step down to 40series but 2" drop should clear 45series. Good luck
