09 GS300 BMC swap
Hi folks,
I just found a NEW upper part of the complete BMC unit. It didn't have the motor or the "soup can" canister. So I used th one from the OLD BMC. It must have been a newer (2001+) unit because I had to switch out the sensor since it has a different plug.
Got it on, bled the brakes and STILL a chirping near the end of the pressurization. Any ideas??
Do I need to bleed the unit differently? Help!!
Thanks so much for any advice.

Your BMC motor is bad and you swapped it in.
It seems to me that the failure point of these units are the motors.
Some have had good luck having the motor rebuilt.
good luck
