I took the rear seat off and accessed the fuel pump cover. I tried turning the key in to the on position to see if I can hear he fuel pump with no luck, didn't hear anything. I then went to the trunk to see if I can by pass the controller by not sure which wires to jump. I tried black with red line and one of the blue ones cause they are going to the pump. Still no luck....
Which two wires would I need to jump to bypass it?

I guess that's why god invented fuses... I was sort of worried when I mentioned jumpering the fuel pump controller. I get in trouble when I assume that people will look up the wiring diagram first before blowing stuff up.

$15 gives you 3 days of access to all toyota manuals. The ones in PDF you can download and have your own copy of the manual.

No I knew that black with red was power cause I sorted that with a volt meter, then I tried the blue with no current. But its true I got desperate and didn't check out the diagram.
Thanks for the link. I'm pretty sure its the pump because I don't hear anything coming out or it priming.
I have an extra walbro at my garage I was going to use on my sc300 but im not sure if that would suffice on this this type of set up.
