Lol it's been about 4 months since I driven my GS400. Today I powered her up and it spurred to life. Took it to get a new battery and they actually told me my alternator was going bad. Really upset cause it would be the 3rd time I gotten it replaced within a two year time period. What could be causing this to happen. Good thing it's under warranty from my mechanic so I take it to him and he has to replace it for free but it's just annoying to have to continuously take it to him for the same reason. Any info thanks ahead of time guys.

Could it be from just not driving it enough? What kind of alternator is it? Some aftermarket ones tend to be pretty problamatic

Thats rough. Maybe an inferior part? Oil? Too many engine washes? Just some things that can shorten the life.

How easy is it to replace the alternator anyways?
