400 Degrez

Hey Guys got 355k on the clock (GS $400) just replaced timinig belt water pump and plugs ....Receently mileage went from 24 HWY to a whopping13mpg hwy I have black smoot coming from tail pipe don't come out when I'm going down the road but its making the bumper black when I put it in reverse I get some hesiatation the coolant level sometimes fluctates what in the world is wrong with my car I cleaned the throttle body millege got 00.2 better

Fluctuating coolant? Maybe head gasket. But try to verify that timing is correct.check your plugs too.

check engine light on? If your gas mileage dropped that drastically your ecu must be in safe mode or something is feeding it bad information. you are obviously running super rich. and what do you mean by coolant level fluctuates? does it lose coolant? coolant level in the reservoir is supposed to fluctuate, it fills up when hot and is lower when its cold.
