Sorry for the late reply i have bin super super busy with med school!!!
-I payed about 3k for the wheels
-the book and heat gun turned out good actually i was very very impressed with how good it actually worked!
-specs on the wheels are 19x9.5 19x10.5 +25 and 10mm spacer up front!
- no i didnt cut the inside out...i should of shaved my rear qtr panel too
before rolling my fenders, the sexus was my first stance build and at first i just wanted to be lowered and not rub but now i want to go way more aggressive so i will have to think of something, besides cambering the f*** out of the wheels 
-No i dont have any shots of the engine bay from that exact night but i do have a nice engine bay shot i will post up later on!
For all you guys who really like these wheels, i'm already thinking about switching it up for a different set, if anybody is interested in a trade let me know what you got and yes i'm also willing to sell the wheels....The tires are sumito's 225/35 and 255/35 which are still very very new, purchased them this season.
The car was not driven very much this season because i was doing so much work on it in the garage and when i was done i already had to go back to medical school for the 2nd year.

they were 19x9.5 +25 and 10.5 +25 and i added a 10mm spacer up front so the ls400 calipers were cleared and in the rear i added a 5mm spacers just to have it pop out more.
With my next setup I'm going to be getting soon i will be running 19x9.5 +12 and 10.5 +15 on 225/35's and 255/35's. Im kind of worried they won't fit though and i will have no choice but to do more fender work. Anyways all in all it should come out looking very very sporty with the look I'm going for!
