Unhappy 1998 GS300 Engine Room no1 relay box

my 60 amp fuse blew... and i need to replace it... but i don't know how to get into it...

the clips are like invisible!!

please pleas please help!

I think there may be bolts running thru those fuses. I will see what I can find.

I believe there are bolts on them... I just don't know how to pop it open so that I can unbolt the bolts
