ticking sound under steering wheel
Early this week I noticed a little ticking sound coming from under steering wheel it ticks for about 3-4 seconds than goes off though while this ticking happening headlights flash continuously until it ends. I know most cars have a little turn signal ticker under steering wheel, can that be whats causing this?
