Hey my CL peeps. Does anyone know of a custom LED gauge cluster DIY here? I have not found one but I'm installing blue LED,s in mine at the moment so I would post one if you want. I started last night but didn't finish I will be done tonight. Let me know. Also what is the plastic sleeve around the gear shift? not the cover but the plastic cover in the shift track. Mine is gone so am about to buy one or make something that works and light that bi**h up too. I really need a Schematic and service manual as well if anyone has one.

Send me some feedback if your interested in the DIY. I will install the HUD system when am done the gauge as well sense it already out so I will definitely post that DIY.

Let us know how it turns out and a diy is always great! Don't think I've seen anything for the gauge cluster, I was under the impression it's not a real "diy" job, I'm sure plenty of people would be interested if you can change it.

well I have already made the LED glow rods I just need to install and wire up everything. So much for cant be done lol.

Do an advanced search choosing the 2gs subsection, use the phrase Custom gauge color and you will get more than a few excellent threads. Its not an easy DIY but it has been done before.
