I have a blown amp, and I've been looking at head units and the pioneer AVHX4500BT caught my interest. Now in the product features I saw that it has this "50W peak power x 4 channels (50W RMS)For rich, powerful sound." does it mean it has a built-in amplifier?
If so I would just need to buy this HU and I wont be replacing the amp anymore.

There's amp'd and pre-amp'd output from HU's. For cars without factory amps, a simple pre-made wiring harness will solve the problem but you can run new wires to each door/speaker to bypass the factory amp, so you don't blow up your factory amp. With our cars, you'll need to run new wires anyways for any system you do.
