Default Question about adding an additional load on an existing circuit - Dome light

I got the mirror covers (with LED blinkers and puddle light) from one of the vendors on here - JDMparts (I think that's the vendors name) and had a question about the wiring.

Known assumptions:
  1. Tap into existing blinker circuit
  2. Tap into dome light circuit to power the puddle light
  3. Use existing circuit for heater filament for mirror

Questions
  1. What's the recommended method to tap into existing circuits? I've done some reading and the "proper" way to do this is to get some sort of connector that goes into the appropriate fuse in the panel on the drivers side kick panel. However I can't find a good online article that describes in laymans terms. Can anyone point out a good article or describe it for a noob like me? Parts to get, etc. We're not talking a heavy load draw here that should not go to an existing fuse, but rather be connected to the battery directly (via an inline fuse ofcourse).
  2. I haven't looked at the fuse panel in our cars recently, but are the fuses clearly labelled so that I don't need to guess which fuses are for which lights?
  3. Is the dome light circuit and turn signal circuit in the fuse panel on the drivers kick panel fusebox?

Thanks in advance for your help!

You said that you've searched, so I hope you read this thread. There's tons of good info on here.

Nevertheless heres the rundown:
For the blinkers - tap to your existing blinkers. That means run wires from the mirrors thru the
engine bay all the way up to the headlight assemblies.
Tap to both the negative and positive side of the blinker circuit

For the puddle lights - tap to both negative and positive sides of the footwell light circuits

For the heater filament for the mirror - I don't know what that's got to do with the mirror covers.
If your car did not come with heated mirrors then you would have to run your own circuit.
You have to tap into a power source thru a switch and to the mirror lenses.
Tap into a source that only powers up when you turn the ignition to acc.
