Hope someone could help with this low idle issues I've been having, with my 99 Gs400.
Cleaned Throttle body, maf and changed air filter and checked for vacuum leaks.
I'm out of ideas, right now gotta turn rear defrost or Ac to keep rpms up.
Any suggestions are appreciated.
It's most likely your TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) Buy a new one, and replace takes like 5 minutes.....
Does not take 5 minutes...now if you just grab one and swap them, it will take 5 minutes. BUT you have to set it to the correct ohms. A TPS requires setting...or you will present a couple more problems. GL

actually you can.. Ive set mine with in that time frame. very simple to adjust. you can do it via ohms, blah blah blah or just tap/adjust and tighten.
I was thinking that maybe calibration may do the trick seeing there is no check engine light and the car has not gone into limp mode.
What you guys think I have never replaced it before.

Definitely set it...has anybody messed and maligned with your engine bay recently? There is a DIY on setting the TPS here on CL.
