The clicking is during the turning right? not when you are not moving the wheel?

There is likely a bearing or part of the column/ spline where the grease has worn out.

Open up the bottom dash, and grease up all the parts of the column that connect with room-temp lithium grease (real grease, not a spray). If you see any old grease, clean that up so you can work in new grease.

For the column shafts, you will want to try to really work the grease into the splines or contact points by hand, like handpacking a wheelbearing or for the non technical trying to get toothpaste back into the tube. You may need to go for a drive and work the steering wheel, and repeat to get more grease in there..

I'm having the same problem. In another thread a member advised me to take a look at the brake assembly. So if you ever messed with the caliper, you many want to check there. Don't know if thats the problem since I havent had the time to check yet.

Has the steering wheel been removed? If other advise don't check out I would check clock spring assembly behind wheel. Steering wheel and airbag will have to be removed to peep it.
It's a 100 part if so.

no haven't removed the steering wheel, probably gonna do that later today. i've been doing some searches on the clock spring and i don't think thats it. the noise in my car kinda sounds like a spring is loose. clock spring problems have that squeaky noise.

Off topic and apologize for thread jack, but my steering wheel is not aligned straight and hear clicking when turned fully left/right. Also there is this buzzing sound from inside steering wheel or instrument cluster area when the car is on. Happened after I removed steering wheel.. what should I be looking out for in this case? Thanks.
