Default GS 300 2001 struts.

Hey guys, I have lexus gs 300 2001 I had this car for 6 years by now I had when it was 31000 miles on it anyways, last year I decided to change everything like struts and lower and upper arms but, the problem now is the passenger side struts it keeps blown up I have to changed 4 times so far last one was 2 months ago but now the problem happened again. I had it fix at tire man last time so I went there yesterday and they told me whoever installed did not install the right way so I showed them that I fixed over there then they said oh since you got the strut from lexus dealer we can guarantee it you can get the part again and we can charge the labor because we dont guarantee the labor..WTF with these people....Please guys help me with this what should I do now?

first as a preface, i understand this is the internent, but as others said, communication skills play a role in your adult life. I am not sure if this is just a bad habit and internetz speak, or if you really just are a failure of the education system.
But if you can communicate in standard passable english then you will find the world is easier. If you are speaking the same way with a shop or other people in general, they won't understand you either and you won't get what you want.

As far as what you should do:

A) It is common practice if you don't buy the parts from the shop, you are responsible for the parts and labor should they fail.

B) You will need to get your car fixed, and unfortunately all your options involve some money.
B1) You can get in touch with sewell and see if they can do a return for the failed part (usually warranty is 1year). You will still have to pay for shipping of the partand labor to redo it. You can ask if you can do this as a cross ship, where you will have to pay for the replacement parts, but then send the old parts back for credit (should the warranty be approved). This is so you aren't stuck with a car with no struts on a lift for 2weeks.

B2) You can cut your losses and just get a new different part. Perhaps a bilstein HD or other choice like kyb gr-2 if you want OEM-style ride. Potentially you could still try to get a refund for your failed part.

B2A) You can buy your part yourself independently and again hope to save money that way. This leaves you with no warranty again.
B2B) You can work with a shop that buys the part for you, so you will typically get a 1year shop warranty for that job. Confirm this includes parts/labor. The shop will advise you on what parts they have access to and at what price.

for it to fail 4 times and have it replaced sound fishy.. same "TIRE MAN" shop did the work? are you positive they replaced the strut? you actually saw the part they replaced or just told you?
If Yes, thats some crazy bad luck.. The shock can have premature failure if not bolted up correctly but this is something you would have noticed as soon as you drove it. was it like this when you got it back from "THE TIRE MAN"? or did it get worse over time? what was the time frame from install to leak?

I'm starting to think they are reselling the defective struts or something because its a funny coincidence for it to happen to you and me multiple times. And I seem to only be having problems with the passenger struts as well. This is very fishy. And I think when the mechanic installs these struts they have to be VERY careful because the way they are designed is very weak and can start leaking gas from the moment it's installed if its installed too rough which 90% of the time it is.
