Default I know this topic has been beaten to death..

As I stated I am aware that this topic has been discussed in numerous threads, but the information im looking for was not able to be found by searching. I did search... anyways, I have a 2000 gs300. i have/had the feared limp mode problem. constatly threw the 1125 code. Idle at 1200, no pedal except for the last 10 % as u guys know how that goes. My roomate works at a shop, ohmed out all 3 sensors (TPS TCM and APPS) all ohmed out fine. they swapped both tps and TCM for the heck of it just to check, didnt change anything (they returned the parts i did not have to pay for them). took the APPS off and found that the lever was out of position. decided to buy a used throttle body with all the snesors because it was $250 vs $275 for just a new sensor. Installed the used TB , full pedal came back but the ABS (both front wheel sensors are bad) VSC and VSC off lights are still on. When the car first starts it has normal idle then the engine light comes on and it goes to 1300ish rpms. still have full pedal, pedal seems somewhat slow to respond at times. while driving it after a few mins the rpms will drop while crusing and the car will die out., after cranking it a few times it will start back up and do the same thing. Ive left the battery unplugged to reset the ecu more than once, pcm, whatever u wish to call it. I dont know what else this could be now. Does the computer need to be reflashed? ive heard both yes and no from numerous people. could just really use some direction at this point. thanks guys

Couple more to check, Coolant temp sensor, MAF sensor. Could be an air hose with a crack.

Have you checked fuel pressure when the car dies out ? Or when it's cranking a few times before it starts ?

the coolant temp sensor is working, MAF has never been cleaned or anything but this problem when it dies out never occured before the whole limp mode thing. No vaccum leaks that was already checked. we have not checked the fuel pressure, but again there wasnt a problem there before hand. What are your guys thoughts on reflashing the PCM because of the new/used parts? or isnt their another pcm for the VSC that could be causing a problem.

UPDATE: car does not die out while letting it idle for however long. It only dies out while driving.
