I don't know if the stock system comes with a amp or not so I installed a amp and sub but now my screen on the stereo won't work not Ben touch screen

Hahaha okay I connected a amp and a 10' sub in my gs300 all connections are good but now my stock stereo won't play music and since my screen is touch screen it won't work either so now it won't play nothing no music or anything
