Default Finally Back in a Lexus, 2001 GS300

After 2 years and roughly 6 other various cars I found my way back into a Lexus. Previously had a 2001 IS300(in my sig) that was unfortunately taken from me by a careless drunk driver in 2010. I purchased this car from forum member ksoazn and couldn't be happier with the transaction. Very friendly guy and even had it all detailed up for my drive home . First thoughts are I really enjoy the GS300 more than I did the IS300, much more comfortable and the interior is much nicer IMO. Have always eyeballed the 98-05 GS's and am very glad I finally pulled the trigger on one.

Here's the mod list per his FS thread:

-Exterior
TTE Lip with badge removed
JDM Toyota window Visor
JP roof spoiler
Real Jdm Trunk Chrome Bar
Chrome grille
All 4 fenders been pulled, shaved for wider wheels

-Interior
Wood Steering wheels
GS350 shift ****
AUX mod for Oem CD player

-Motor
K&N drop in filter

-Suspension
15mm ichiban spacer in front
25mm ebay spacer in rear
BC coilovers
LS400 Front Brake with RCA Spacer
Front Slotted/Drill Rotors
New outer tie rods
Moog Lower Ball Joints
Rear Megan Toe Arm
Fig Rear Knuckle Arm bushing (common problem on 2ndgs)

Wheels
Wald Duchatelet
20x9 offset 32 and 225 35 20
20x10 offset 37 and 245 35 20

One of the previous owners photos he posted

Giving it the once over before making my 5 hour trip back home

On my trip home, stopped by a cop since he thought it was a "slick" car and wanted to know what it was lol.

and here she is stashed away in the garage

Robert

Never left as I'm a sponsor on here but for sure missed having a Lexus(had a RX300 for a short time, wasn't the same).

Wheels are #1 since these aren't my personal taste. Redo the driver seat/armrest as they are worn/torn. Apart from that I've tossed aroung VVTi GTE swap but as lame as it sounds i really enjoy the car as is. Main reason I jumped on it since it was modified pretty much exactly as I would have done it!

Regards,
Robert

I'm located near the Texas Motor Speedway. As for the exhaust tips no idea, they were on the car from the previous owner.
