I also recommend checking your inner and outer tie rods, and caster arm bushings, as well. Not saying you have to replace them, but just check to see if they are in desperate need of repair or replacement.

Like I said the FIPG is better but you better make sure you get no fluid between the two sealing surfaces. That means drying wiping all dripping fluid. Also apply the correct amount so it does not ooze into the tranny and later comes off and plugs vital orifices.
