Default About to trade the acura cl for a gs400

Well, I do have a 2jz swapped gs that I'm working on and I bought a 01 acura cl-s. I been driving this cl for about 1.5 months and I realize I hate the small cars and I need something big again for a daily again. So I found me a 98 gs400 lol. I don't care if I already have one I want one that's fast and one I can daily that is moderately fast. Only prob I see is that it has 217k on the clock, the owner says it leaks brake fluid slightly every now and then which causes the abs light to come on every now and then. I have no clue whatsup with the car. So a few things I will do will be:

New lower ball joints
New inner and outer tie rods
Ls400 bbk
Front and rear RCAs
SS brakines

New spark plugs
Differ fluid
Oil change
Tranny fluid
Brake fluid
Power steering fluid
Coolant flush

Timing belt and serpentine belt

Maybe replace the waterpump but ill see whatsup with it! Im sure im leaving some stuff off the list off the above but if Anyone has any other suggestions on what to replace and change please let me know!

The plus is that this car does have rims already but no coilovers. So I will be selling some tsw rims and getting coilovers and putting my brabus monoblocks on the car.

Anyways ill update more as things progress. I'm still stacking parts for the turbo gs. I just need an LSD, built tranny, maybe camshafts, and the harnesses and sensors for my Fconn! Anyways stay tuned!

Yea bro, i'm in Clear lake. Ofcourse, even Hi-mileage GS kept up even with 200K miles is alright but when I hear of leaking issues, I'd be a lil cautious. Try finding a lower mileage one or one without issues upfront (trouble-shooting a car with problems is time-consuming and costly)

Why would you do the timing belt and not change the water pump? Always change the water pump when you change the timing belt.

Always.

Congrats on the second GS! One to garage and one to drive is always a good thing.

I've always preferred two different cars while having two cars at once. Kind of pointless having two exact cars. But that's just me though.

The CL is allright man, but trade up fo' dat timeless big body Lex bubble already!
BTW, if you're talking about a Gold GS, I remember the owner had stated the tranny was having trouble engaging reverse.

I havnt gotten the car yet.. But I think I might be having 2nd thoughts on this one. He told me that the door actuators might be starting to go, slight dent in the from driver side door, aside from the leak in the brake.

I can't find a gs400 anywhere or anyone who wants to trade me one for my car! Here's a link to the car

maybe that is a sign. there will be more out there popping up. and if you are willing to travel a little farther i am sure you can find one by searching a little farther radius in craigslist or whatever. unless that is the color combo you been waiting for also.
