Default Headlights?

Hey guys, I'm new here and I was wondering if any of you knew of any good 2GS projector style headlights, preferably with angel eyes.

I found these but I heard they were no good and had a lot of problems.

Im not looking for anything too expensive, but I would like to get the most quality out of my money.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Most for your money would be probably the LS430/460 Projectors or the M45 projectors. If you do a WTB thread in the classifieds i'm sure you can come up on one. There's one guy (Vwynn) he's parting out right now and he's selling both LS460 projectors and another pair.

The thing is, Im new to this stuff and I am really not sure where to begin with all of the installation business. Is fitting the projectors to the housing complicated?

I was hoping for a ready made, plug in and use type of thing.

Gotcha. Well you can always go the route I suggested at first. Just post a WTB thread for an already retrofitted pair of headlights or maybe you can convince Vwynn to finish the retro then send it to you. (You'll prolly have to throw him some labor cost though) lol

Good luck my friend. And welcome to CL. I hope you find what your looking for. If you don't, OEM headlights can never go wrong. Check out www.SewellParts.com for anything you need. They are quite helpful.

Follow the step by step DIY on the ls430 retrofit and it will keep you smiling everytime you drive at night. I did my own retrofit for about $430 for everything including the headlight housing... And im brand new to modding

Thanks a lot guys. You were all very helpful and made me feel at home here. I think I'll give the retrofitting a shot. I'll have some pics of my current GS up sometime. And while were all here, I also wanted to paint and decal my calipers. Are the VHT caliper paints any good or should I go with something else?

I've never heard of VHT Caliper Paint. I know most guys on here powdercoat their calipers, but if you don't wanna do that then you can always use the G2 Caliper Paint. I've heard good reviews on that paint specifically.

I would, but I already purchased a dual retro with Q45/TSX.

If it wasn't a dual I would have gone for a LS430 set.
