Default Dead Instrument Cluster!

Before I start I just wanted to say that I did search and haven't found an answer which is why I'm posting this thread:
So a few days ago I was installing LED reverse lights and when I went to turn on my car to see if they worked I see that the instrument cluster is completely dead (no light no speed readings, no rmp, gas, temp, etc…). Just thinking its a fuze I drove on it and was going to fix it later that day but as I was driving my alternator died on me. I just replaced the alternator (duralast), battery (duralast gold), and belt. Everything works except my instrument cluster, reverse lights, blinkers (both inside and outside of the car), and there is a lot more exhaust fumes coming out of the exhaust than usual.
I have check most of the fuses but are there any specific fuses I should recheck? Anything will help.
Also the new belt looks looser than my old one. What line is the tensioner suppose to be on?
Thanks in advance for helping. I need my car back to normal.

Update: all the turn signal bulbs work when I turn on the hazard lights but not when I use the actually turn signal.
