Default front end vibration, but all the normal things fixed?

ok, so since i've bought this car, had a minor problem. At about 70mph(which Is the speed I drive 90% of the time because I take my turnpike everywhere)the steering wheel shakes a little and when I look over at my passenger seat it shaking too. So at first they told me it was the tires needing to be balanced, did that, problem not fixed. Then they said I had bad tires. Since then I have 4 brand new tires, still problem exists. Then had the brakes checked(even though I put 4 new pads on since I bought it)and they said my rotors are warped and that was the problem. Just got done putting new rotors and pads and it's still doing it. Now it did fix the problem though when I braked from coming on the off ramp and the steering wheel would shake hard. it doesn't shake at all when I brake, but still vibrates way too much for my taste on the steering wheel when I rest my hand in the center and the passenger seat is vibrating pretty bad. Any ideas how to troubleshoot this or what this could be guys?

thanks in advance,
Scott

i belive nobody knows why and there is no know solution for that, so if you do have vibration only between 60-70 than probably you will have to live with that
if its excesive or at any other speed than some bushings in front suspension or steering, motor mounts or struts

has the same shop done all your balances? Using the correct weights and in the correct location? Do you have the correct lug nuts?

Have the balancing checked again. I have been going to my buddies shop for tires, mounting and balancing for the past couple years and my car had a vibration. After a bad alignment, I went somewhere else and also had the wheels rebalanced and that was my problem. I'm guessing his wheel balancing machine was not right, but my car had been vibration free for the past 6 months.

funny OP u say all the normal things fixed but i dont see one suspension related part addressed

search vibration and you'll come across a million threads most pertaining to the castor arm and its bushings

Quick Reply: front end vibration, but all the normal things fixed?
