Default Rear Seat Fold Down?

Can someone tell me if my $55,000 luxury car (GS430) has fold down rear seats, or am I having a bad nightmare??

If you paid $55k for a car that is 2 generations old, you got ripped. It's worth closer to $10k.

guys, take a deep breath :-) I was referencing the sticker price (it didn't have folding seats then either) and no, I didn't pay anything near $55K for my 11 year old Lexus.

But it really is disappointing that the seats don't come down...

I expected it to at least have a pass-through in the rear center armrest area for longer items (like skis). IIRC my C32 AMG had this.

But it hasn't been prohibitive. That's what the wife's RX is for.

This is the first car i've had that doesnt fold down. I was kinda shocked when i packed the trunk for the first road trip in it and realized this.

I just went through the same thing over Thanksgiving as I was preparing for a road-trip. Completely unexpected.

yeah it sucks..... the 2006+ has them.. sad to say even the ISx50 has a pass thru in the rear center in that small *** car.... not to mention some 1990's hondas... smh .. BUT!! you can unscrew the 2 bolts behind the headrest and have it semi fold forward if you plan on traveling for xmas lol
