Search this exact line in ebay: Lexus Mabuchi Door Motor

Should pull up a bunch of results. Get the one with the standard length shaft, not the extended one.

Got 3 Mabuchi motors from e-bay.
Picked up a

miniature gear puller

for $15.60 from Amazon.
Removal and installation was about 30 minutes each door as prying open the actuator housing was time consuming.
Used a tutorial video from youtube.
