Paging JeffTsai.....

He can probably draw you an ECU pinout from memory. Might have some ideas on your other issues, as well.

This is why you put an aristo motor in a GS 300, not a 430, I would never wanna go through this nightmare! I hope you get it to work tho.

Now even more action with this car.

Today I went with my throttle body and ECU to aristo owner,
on his car my parts worked fine.
So I installed all things back and now car does not start at all.

Even if I use other aristo throttle body, same problem.
I`ve checked ecu pinout again, and there is no way I could mess with those wires,
ETCS management goes straigt from ecu to throttlebody
plugs i`ve modified are F59 and F60
from body to engine loom EA2 and EA3

The vvti gte will run without the map sensor connected at all. It only does the boost cut function and also affects cruise control. Other than that it is not needed. You can disconnect the vac hose to it and see if the reading changes on your live scanner. You can also just disconnect the electrical plug from it and try to run the car to see what happens.

The TPS reading seems odd. The 14% is with the car NOT idling/on correct? Can you live scan with the ignition on but the engine off and try the pedal and see what i reports? You may need to attempt the TPS adjustment procedure to recalibrate it.

What model ecu scanner are you using???

I`m using Launch Diagun scanner, Chinese, but works great.

Yep, I`ve checked, no difference with or without map sensor.
But there is huge difference without engine temp sensor, cant get engine running.
To get idle i moved tps sensor slightly forward.
now pressing on accelerator, car tries to stall but after lots of misfire revs fine.
if I`ll rev engine more that 3000rpm i get CEL, code p0500, VSS sensor.
WTF, i did not even try to drive the car.

If i`m holding accelerator pressed for ~50% for more that 2 seconds, engine rpm 3500 or more,
scanner shows that injectors duty sickle doubles and ignition advance goes off, feels like anti lag system is on, lots of misfire and engine will stall if i`ll hold accelerator pressed.

ECU toasted.
Tried to to cut all unnecessary wires so engine could still work.
While doing that i guess ecu died.

So i connected all wires back and nothing.
Check Engine light does not flash anymore, no power in Diagnostic terminal.
all fuses alive.

Great day.

I commend your motivation. Simply rewiring my '50 from 6v to a new 12v harness took me forever!

Got another ecu.
tomorrow I will try to cut off all unnecessary wires of the ECU, like AC, FAN, Tach...
leaving only power to ecu.
engine should work without those, and if it will work fine, it means i messed up wiring somewhere.

well I`m about to burn this car down.

downloaded Aristo ecu pinout,
got another ecu, from runnig car, also additional ecu and body plugs.
so I made special plugs that will have only power and ground to most important pins
and the result is the same.
nothing changed.
What can cause such trouble ???????????

Hats off to you sir, although it seems like too much work for such a small gain.

Thanx,

Before Iˇll blow up this car, I desided to invite electircian to sort out the puzzle.
Also foun that SPD(SP2) sensor shows that the car is moving ~30mph, however the spido is 0mph, and car speed also 0mph.
More engine revvs, more SPD speed comes out, how is that possible?
