Hey guys,
i have a 99gs400,
does anyone know where i can get 2side mirror glass with backing plate
got up to move the car this morning and realized someone had popped them out.
Now i'm stuck with the dilemma of purchasing replacement and having them quiet possibly being stolen again.
Is there any way to counter this issue otherwise from taking them out whenever i park and carry them with me, or (maybe gluing them to the motor) .

Looking like its tha new trend, my boy Porshe Cayanne mirrors just got stolen a few wks ago.
I'm guessing 1mirror = $300*2
U steal 4pairs for the week that's $2400.
Smh.

Wow. I have never heard of this happening. Check ebay or a salvage yard. I would think it shouldn't happen again as the person who stole them probably needed them for his/her car and hopefully won't need another set any time soon. But you never know. Good luck. Gotta love NY. SMH.

C'mon guys I thought y'all are smarter than that. It's what crackheads use to chop up some lines and snort. It's more convenient taking it off a car than to carry that in your pockets! =p And once they're done, they just throw it down, break the mirror, and get 7 years bad luck. Like a stuffy nose or something. ItZbRiCkCiTyYo!

I have both mirrors with the back plate that u need to snap in. They came off a set of led mirrors i bought from another member. I used my original mirrors because these have a dark blue tint to them. They aren't the bright blue on ebay they are darker. I'll post a pic in a second. My car is a 98. Was going to sell these any so hopefully it'll work for u. I also have both mirror caps minus the wire harness.
These were taken when i swapped um out. Please pay attention to the contrast in color in the reflection. The starbucks bottle is that close but comes out dark. Im blind as a bat so i had to changed them out. Also if ur front windows are tinted like mine these mirrors will make the windows look darker to the nyc cops pulling up next to u.
