I'm referring to puff post, since he drove an aristo, and he lived in the US. It is probably more difficult to find the JDM multi display. Why don't he just get the USDM basic climate control, it is probably much easier for him to get.
I'm refferring to puff as well, why should he get it? Cause he went through the hassle of getting a real aristo here w/ blackwood and doing the saddle swap. Big balling already so he might as well go with the authentic jdm a/c panel version we don't get here.

It varies as used parts will obviously, but roughly 30,000yen or so and with our current ****ty dollar conversion that's about $400 before shipping or other fees. So around $500 said and done. Just a touch on the pricey side..

Ah, I see your point. I'm just seeing it from the "easier" way to do it. The multi display ac controller is definitely much better than the basic one, looks better too, hehehe..........

did you see that 7inch samsung galaxy install? I was thinking about doin that lol. You already have the nav bezel for it. You'd have everything in your car from diagnostics to nav to music....phone and u can be on ebay!

I've also tried to swap a USDM CC unit into my aristo that originally came with the MDU and it won't work or display properly.
I was told that the MDU is a direct PnP swap into the USDM cars but have not verified.
Just got a 99 aristo yesterday, looking for any resolution on this issue. I'd be fine with just the radio, but since it only picks up stations from like 70.0-90.0, I only get one station and it's talk radio.

Odd... locally, there's some alt-rock in the 88s, yet NPR isn't until 90.7.
