Rubbing noise coming from rear passenger side when turning

Rubbing noise coming from rear passenger side when turning
So I'm hearing this rubbing noise come from the rear passenger wheel area anytime I turn the wheel past a certain degree to the left. The volume of the noise doesn't really change, it's either on or off and only happens above ~20 mph. I recently purchased the car so not sure if just a hanging caliper or something else. Any ideas?
