Default Black roof Suggestions - Carbon Fiber or Glossy Black.

I have a White 2000 GS400 Platinum edition. I like the look of the glossy black roof on the White GS but I am kinda liking the Carbon Fiber vinyls also. I think the Glossy looks more classy while the CF more sporty. Any opinions would be appreciated.

I'm finsta do the glossy/candy black on my 051 GS. Now, wud you guys go with tints or without? I think the tints/black roof/ on the white car looks good but I have to say, everytime a white Benz rolls up rocking the blk roof WITHOUT the tints, it looks more boss! Idk... I can't decide.

I plan to get the car tinted no matter what. From all the pics I have seen it kinda depends on the color of your interior. I have a tan interior so it wouldn't look as good. If you have a black or grey interior then maybe but I will be going with the tint.

Gloss black would look pretty slick.

Are you planning on painting or wrapping? Personally I'd wrap it.

Agreed, unless you have other carbon fiber stuff to tie together with the roof I'd go with the gloss black.

Not too many places here in Charlotte do it I am finding. I have one guy quoting me $100 - 150, which is about what it probably should be and another guy from a sign/car wrap place saying $550. I told him I could probably get it painted for less than $550. He seemed a little offended but $550 was ridiculous.

Curious to see what the CF looks like, but if you're going to do it I say do the gloss black.

$550 for a vinyl wrap?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!!!! That's a rip off!!! You're right. You could go to the best body shop and get it painted for less.
