Lcd's are now officially cheaper than dirt, and a set of L series kickers are not anything crazy expensive.. Now if he had 10 Lcd's back in 1998 then yeah he would have spend alot of coin.
It looks like the amps have been taken out, and there is no mention of amps in the ad. That is what brings any the money on resale of audio equipment if he had something awesome and/or rare running the system.
