Default Looking At Buying a GS300

Hey all, some of you here in the GS section may or may not know me, I used to have and still do have a 91 LS400, but due to a recent engine fire on it I am looking for another car.

Anyways I found this deal, which is about a 45 minute drive from me, KBB says the price for excellent condition, with this mileage, and year from a private party is 4200.

So I'm just wondering what you all think, is a fair price, and anything I should be looking for as potential problems when I head down to look at/drive it?

All the help is much appreciated! Also, here is the link for the car:

Car looks clean! I would say just look at normal things you look for when buying a car. Check the lower ball joints and door accuators. And then offer 3200 and let the bargaining begin! =) lol

If the owner know what he has he will prob stay firm on the 4200 or only give it up for 4k. You don't see much people with that blue paint anymore plus the condition looks fantastic. If he won't budge the price IS worth it but I would look for a 400/430 instead. The extra power of the v8 and similar mileage is something I regret not getting.
