Default temp for pulling fenders?

What's up everyone... When you wanna acheive a slight fender pull with a fender roller what temp should you be heating the fender to in order for the paint not to crack and for the sheet metal to be soft enough to do the the job...

Hot to the touch should be good. And reheat every 2 passes of the roller on the fender. And take your time. Rushing will cause major problems.
