Rear badge 430GS

Odd thread I know but my rear boot badge reads 430gs not gs 430 ???? Anybody else have this

It means somebody in a paint/bodyshop installed it incorrectly. Somebody not so smart.

I assume that the GS and the 430 are 2 separate parts then ?

faill hahah yeah its probably just double sided tape, should be easily removed.

Haha, wow...

Grab some $2 fishing wire and some 3M adhesive remover. Switch them around and line them up correctly and you'll be good to go.

Buy fishing line and just "saw" back n forth till they come off, get Loctite double sided tape at wal•mart its like a clear stretchy tape ,it is phenomenal, 3m wont stand a chance with this stuff, i actually just used it on my badge 5 minutes ago, its next to the gorilla glue... TRUST ME i will never use another product for badges

Ehh, just remove the 'GS' part and keep 430, Lexus 430 sounds cool

Heat gun

Use a heat gun and a plastic blade razor. They sell them in auto parts stores and paint stores. I just tried to peel mine off and since it was obviously reprinted (mine too). It peeled some paint off also. Good luck. Hopefully your car has a better paint job than my car embassator special from Macao. Lol. Prior owner
