If you don't see feathering on your tires then it's your camber. Could b caused from slight sagging suspension from its age. Or just needs alignment.
If your tires sont have smooth excessive wear( could b checked by running your hand along the tire where it's getting worn out) then it's toe.
Used to do alignment.
Some suspension sagging could b compensated with camber adjustment but there is a limit how much you can.
Good luck n alignment will fix it

If you have feathering, = toe
No feathering, only inner wear= camber

I have a 2007 Is 250 and put new tires on about a year ago. I went in to have them install the tires on my new rims at Americas Tire and was told that I am going to have to replace the front tires soon due to wear on the inner part of the tires. He told me it's because of the camber on the car. I saw the tires, and they are about done. It's going to cost about 300$ a year just for front tires? I can't rotate because they are staggered. I only put 11k miles on them. Please help as I can't really afford to get new tires every year

Not trying to lecture, just putting some hard facts out there for you to consider. Also, whenever you get new tires, it's pretty much a good insurance policy for your tires' tread life to get the car aligned so they don't start off wrong. BTW, 11,000 miles seems like a good deal considering what you're running with a possible alignment issue. Get it aligned!
Good luck!
