Quick update:

The oil pan definitely was not the culprit. Having checked everything then decided to replace the oil filter housing O-Ring. I was 100 percent sure that this would solve my problem. So i put the car back on the hoist and waited. I smiled for a couple of mins thinking i had solved the leak. Wrongggg it started dripping again. Turns out it had been leaking all along from one of those 2 holes on top of the oil filter housing that i guess are there for the turbo motors to use as oil cooler lines. The bottom nut was leaking like crazy. I removed it put some thread sealant on it and it stopped. 4 days later and not a drop of oil anywhere and i made sure to use 4 cans of brake clean on the underside i hated seeing that oil residue.
