major difference between the lp and ez is the lp has an upper pillow ball mount, i love my lp's and did research for a few months before i purchased them and am extreamly happy with them.

if you really want the "best" coilover for drifting or what not get, dg-5's my buddies shop carries them, they are about $2500

In my research of LP's vs. BC's, the BC's appeared to have a little better build quality, a larger shock piston giving a smoother, more controlled ride. The BC's are also rebuildable and have a better warranty if I recall correctly. Because they're so close in price, might as well go with the BC's like most are saying.

There are several venders on here that sell LP/BC’s and will likely get you the best price:

Give Tristan a call at CircuitMS. They're a vendor here on CL. He have me a great deal for the BC coils. Idk If they're still giving free extenders with every purchase!

Yeah we can help you out on a kit.

We recommend the BC Racing coilovers like a lot of guys have suggested.

We can do a custom kit, with a lower drop, stiffer rates, etc.

Just shoot us a PM

Also, coilovers are one of those things "you get what you pay for" and brand does mean something.

Just keep that in mind.....I was about to pull the trigger on some Megan coils for my g35 coupe, but after hearing about them being too stiff.....so I ponied up the extra 500 and got Tanbe Pro5's.
You're definitely wrong on that point. I've had my Megan EZ's for almost a year now and have no complaints. Even when I was 1 inch from the ground they still rode great. They're soft as hell so I dunno where you got 'stiff' from.

Not to sound rude, I said what I herd. This is from DD cars to drift cars......roughly hearing a few internet gripes, and about 7-10 people who have them on their cars....

I've had ksports, Stance Gr+, megan ez's, and I recently just installed BC with extremely drop kit and custom rates and it rides the best! You could feel the difference in the build compared to the megans and ksports . Go with BC racing for sure!!

What exactly does the "extreme drop kit" consist of and what kind of rates are people running?

As far as comfort goes how would you describe these coilovers with that spring rate compared to the stock ride?

I have it set in the middle for dampening and over big bumps you feel it but over smaller bumps its real smooth. I love it! On full soft it rides super smooth

It could be cause i'm only 20, so it doesn't feel that rough for me. My boy that is 30 said that it sometimes hurt his back, lol, so maybe it's an age thing or w/e.
