Interested to see the results, mine seems to have had a draw like this. Suspicious of my Hid fog lights wiring harness so that was replaced, this thread will be very helpful if that isn't the cause.

Seems putting in the new switch did the trick. No more relay cycling and seems to be holding a charge well.

This is the sensor that I had to replace. it is on the bottom of the ignition. I had to take off the other sensor and the light off the ignition to be able to slide the switch out.

The part number for the switch was 84052-12070. The only problem was I had to pull the prongs out of the new connector and put them in the old one becaus there were 2 other wires connected to same connector.

So you had the clicking relay that was fixed by this switch? I haven't noticed any noise from my relay, wanted to be sure of the specific symptoms.

hmm, haha, seems mine does this also. i felt that it was if i didn't power off my stereo when i garage it seems in mine was what i been thinking. could be this switch too. Feel like my tilt / telescopic wheel is getting a little worn or slower than it should be. As long as i fire it up and take her for a walk around the block for exercise everyday she is fine though

Yeah my efi relay was clicking. Te relay was staying on but clicking when it was over heating I think. But the new switch seems to have fixed the problem

Default Switch

My steering wheel has long stopped automatically retracting but I wonder if it somehow continually tries to and that fella changing out the steering switch inherently fixed the problem?

(If not obvious, I also have a parasitic drain issue and a dead battery in a few days. )

Me too I just ordered a digital relay to find the culprit, this isn't normal it's driving me nuts I've been dealing with this over 3 years it's worse in cold climate I can't take it anymore, it's my only drawback with this car
