You sir are amazing! I was bugging out thinking that I blew my radio or amp or something since both radio fuses where good. Radio is now working again!!! Stupid dome fuse. Idk how that would blow?

Thank you very much for the information sir, I have been looking for a solution to this problem without spending hundreds of dollars, I really appreciate you sharing. I have a question though, what is the sound quality like? Either with the blank cd track or the tape with the missing metal head? Is there any difference. Thanks

You'r welcome bro np the sound quality is cd quality since we basically taped into the left and right channels. I had a friend do the cassette method and it worked out for him but he has a 2011 Avalon it's you're choice if you wanna do that method but I'd honestly stick to the cd changer

Tell us more? How did you do that? Or did you use the cl dyi with the 4 relays?

On the 1/8" stereo jack there's four channel connections and then a ground. The directions say to make sure to ground the wire. So does that mean just connect it to something metal?

I tried doing this yesterday and ended up blowing a fuse.
I have a 98 GS 400 with pioneer cd changer.
For the harness going into the changer, the wire colors are different.
I have black, white, red, yellow, green & blue paired together with what looks to be a shielded shell.
The red and yellow has constant 12v.
I have searched in the forum and on google but can't seem to find a wiring diagram for the pioneer cd changer.
I would greatly appreciate it if somebody can provide me with the diagram or point me in the right direction.
