possible brake issues?

It seems as if 1 or more of my brakes are sticking... but that isn't the weird part. Brake pins I'm assuming but the following. Might explain a different problem I'm hearing the typical sound in the floor board of when you start the car, I'm assuming its an ABS check sound? But it stayed on this morning. So I shut the car off and restarted it and it did the test sound normally and shut off properly. Has anyone had this issue? What should I even start with? Thanks guys
