Default My rearview mirror fell off

So.. I was adjusting my mirror and it completely fell off. I tried reinstalling it for like 30-45 mins before I figured out wth to do. And as soon as I did. One ofthe little ball joint things that secures it onto the windshield mount disappears.

Anyone know where I could get a replacement one? Or an alternative way to stick my mirror in place? I stuck some 3m tape on since I was installing my visors and had a bit extra left over.

Any advice/info is greatly appreciated.

Should be able to order it from Sewells.
Or you can just use glue, that's what I did with mine.
