bushings or ball joints?
all 98-05 gs have same ball joints issues (it more a maintinance than issues because you have to change them around 100,000 miles unless you lower your car than i will be more often?
i just had mine changed at 115,000 with one upper control arm so i hope that im good for next 100,000
I meant Balls Joints

I'd choose the GS over an IS everyday. I've owned mine for about 2.5 years now and it's been the perfect family car for me. My daughter's babyseat fit in fine either rear or forward facing, I can't see where the complaints are coming from in regards to that (unless it's 2+ kids), but then again I had a babyseat rear facing in my Soarer so anything else was going to be bigger.
i agree with you...i would choose the GS over the IS but personally (after owning my gs since 2007) i would choose a LS430/460 over my GS in a heartbeat. i have no kids so thats not the reason for me....i like a bigger bodied more luxurious sedan though
