Black is the only color where a stock setup actually looks pretty good!

I see that you're in Ft Hood. I'm in Dallas, TX. If you're willing to make the drive and want to turbo that car in the future, let me know and I can help out someone in the service. I'm going to be opening up a new facility soon so I will be operating under an actual shop instead of out of my garage at home lol.

Yesssss! That is awesome to know, and I actually plan on going turbo around spring. I'm still doing my research but I really want to do a single turbo build, along with getting a new or used head and machining it to minimize down time or getting the old head done with minimum down time if possible along with installing a 3mm gasket. I went to UTI before the Army so I have some experience but not with tuning for boost and I may also need the torque converter installed by a shop. Coming down to Dallas would definately be worth the trip once I have some parts gathered up, it would be reassuring to have an experienced GS tuner around to show me whats up!

Believe it or not she has over 120k, which is barley broken in for a Lexus. The mileage is good for turbocharging supposedly especially since its an iron block. I'm just hoping it wont be necessary to change the piston rings.

Hey people, finally home and enjoying the new GS! Well, new to me but ive began making changes already. I've already installed my DEPO rear lights and man are they awesome. I have the OEM style projectors but i'm going to wait to put them in because its raining out right now which is also why I haven't taken any pics yet, shes dirty and crappy weather.

I also have my JVC in-dash Nav and DVD unit to put in but I need to go get some shrink wrap for the wiring. Overall im happy with this car though, its has scratches here in there but nothing too noticeable. I'll be getting her ready for the road trip back to Fort Hood in a couple weeks and i'll keep you guys updated with pics as soon as the weather clears and shes cleaned up.

Question: Is it possible to change the title of this thread? Was going to use it as my build thread.

Yes, it's possible to change the title of the thread. PM "DaveGS4", or any moderator as I believe they can change thread titles as well.
