Default 2002 GS430 Quad Projector Retrofit

Drop-in Retrofit that I completed for a friend... Not my best work due to time constraints... Wiring was a nightmare as well; but we got it done...

Parts via Retrofitsource.com
Mini H1 Projectors
Morimoto 6K H1 Bulbs
Morimoto 35w Ballasts
Gatling Gun Shrouds
Mini Gatling Shrouds
-------
Quad Hi/Lo
Amber Turn Signal Delete

Anyway, pics:

Output (is actually crazy bright in person... ):

Did you end up using luxury mod's brackets?

edit.

mmm nevermind they didn't have minis for the size.

What made you choose mini's over fx-r's tsx etc etc?

Retro didn't require any 3rd party brackets.

Cost... Friend didn't want to spend that much so he decided to go w/ the MH1's.... $70/pair, couldn't really go wrong...

What did you use to mount the projectors?

You said no brackets so how do they mount?

I believe it was roughly $400-ish for parts.

Inner meaning High-beam? Same way as lows... I just had to dremel a bit to level out the reflector and widen the opening...

Held on by a locking ring. and also secured by a bulb holder w/ 3 screws.

Err.. I'm not a professional, but I've been quoted MINIMUM of $350 for any retro by the 'pros.' (Not including shipping cost and vehicle down time)....

But if you have the patience, tools, and common sense, this retro should take no more than 6 hours to complete (Took me about 5). Maybe a bit longer if you throw in removal and wiring...
