Thanks man. We gonna have to run our cars some time
Yeah I get the idea of it. But according to the rmm instructions the ecu would learn the injectors in 30 mins more or less. Thats why they warn that it might idle rough for the first 30 mins. But after that it should be able to handle it.
But regardless I'm gonna hook up the haltech and just get it tuned.
Also good news!!!. Messed around with it some more and no more cel light. Car feels strong at slow speeds. I can easily spin my tires at pretty much anytime in 2nd gear. I havent had a chance to get over 60 yet, too much traffic here atm. But car is feeling better, only thing is I do need to let off the gas for it to shift when ever i'm at wot. Guess I'm gonna need a valve body upgrade soon.
Another weird thing is it feels more like a turbo than an sc. I can tell when the boost hits, and thats when it starts to pull hard!!

Actually I just pulled the entire header with heat shield off at the same time. It was actually easier that way. If I had to do the whole thing again I'm sure I could get it done in 1/4 of the time it originally took me. Thanks for the advice also.
I have a smaller pulley. I just don't want to install it until I go get tuned. I don't want to mess up my engine or cats (which hopefully I haven't done yet). Hmmm but that does bring up an interesting point. Since I'm running rich now, (due to larger injectors) wouldn't me installing the smaller pulley now actually force more air into the engine therefore leaning out my rich mixture now?

Thanks man. I love the way it looks and sounds at the moment.
I think I will stick with the haltech which is a piggy back. I will be using that since it was successfully used with the two previous owners. I just tried tightening everything up and disconnected the bov. It pulled great and even spun the tires at around 40-45 mph in a straight line!!!! But then I got a cel light so now I'm back to trying to figure this out. I don't want to damage anything. Codes says I'm running rich (better than lean I guess) but I gotta get this figured out. I'll keep you guys updated.
Oh yeah a while back I hydrolocked my engine when it was raining out here in so cal. Insurance replaced it with the one you see in the pics. 2005 gs430 engine with 27,000mi. So my engine now basically has about 35,000 miles

For the price and what the car is & has...I couldn't pass it up for $10k. The seller was good to go! He told me everything he knew about the car and if he didn't know, he went out of his way to find the answer. Pics will be up once I clean her up again.

Just finished wiring up the haltech piggyback. Car runs smooth as butter. Idles perfect and pulls hard!!! I drove it around the block for about 15mins. Couldnt really go over 60, but I will later when the traffic dies down and I can hit the freeway. Also no check engine light!!!!!!! No lights at all!!!! I'm running a map from the previous owner, but i will still go and get it dynoed and tuned this week. Car should be ready to hit the track at the pursuit next weekend.
We'll see if the cel light comes back on. Its still possible that I killed my cats due to driving rich for the last month.
Gonna install my plugs and aftermarket fuel pump tomorrow, then it's finally on to exterior/interior and paint. I have all my parts lined up and ready to install!!!!!!
